Welcome to our Youth Group

The youth group had expanded quite a bit since 2009, we now have a great class of 6 students who are all servants of the Lord.  The youth have come together from different backgrounds and different stages of their faith to do some great work.  This year they participated in the 30 Hour Famine raising over $1800.00 for starving children all over the world.  Yes, only 6 students did this great servant deed.  We spent a weekend ion the coast participating in community service like cleaning the beach, and weeding a garden for a neighbor, to learning about what God has to say about being a servant to others. 

Jesus showed us first hand what it means to be a servant when He washed the feet of His disciples.  Even the Lord of Lords was down on the floor wacshing the feet of those who followed Him.  The greatest commandment is the love the Lord with all your heart, mind, and soul and the second command is to love others as yourself.  This youth took these examples and showed us how to serve in today's world.  A small sacrifice to help feed many children.

The Youth are also going to be performing in our first Easter Program.  Come and worshp with us on Sunday April 11th and watch a great program that is titled CSI: Jerusalem.  This program will show you the evidence of the crucifixion of our Lord and show you how He was truly the Son of God. 

If you would like more information about our youth and childrens program please come to Sunday school or worship service on any Sunday. Sunday School starts at 9:30am and Worship service starts at 10:30am.
